According to this website, Faulconbridge, Australia, was once singled out by a World Meteorological Organization scientist for having the perfect climate. However, the main criterion seems to have been on of being equitable (little variation over the year) rather than pleasant. I have not found weather statistics for Faulconbridge, let me know if you have seen some.
